Cons
Customer support can take anywhere from 6 - 24 hours to respond. My question involving a game I was trying to copy took just under 10 hours to be answered. While I'd like these times to be quicker, I understand that at the price point the software is offered at, free support is a great bonus, even if it's not instant.

Easy Backup Wizard deserves the 5 Star ratings other publications have given it. Copying games has never been as easy as with the step by step system Easy Backup Wizard provides.
